As we have been thrust into isolation, nearly overnight, we are dealing with the feelings associated with not being able to physically connect with one another. Associates, colleagues, and clients accustomed to interacting in person are now at home, and even if we have family around us, the feeling of loneliness has become very real for so many. Yes, we have been forced to cancel important meetings, conferences and conventions but that doesn’t mean we can’t duplicate the experience – virtually. Now, perhaps more than ever, we need to stay connected and here’s how:
Streaming General and Breakout Sessions
How – Speakers are facilitated from their remote locations with logins for each session as listed in the meeting agenda. Can include up to 15,000 attendees.
Benefit – Ability to deliver speaker content to all of your attendees in real time.
Break in a Box
How – Snack bars, trail mix, protein powder mix are delivered to each attendee and ready for them to enjoy during the a.m. and p.m. breaks.
Benefit – We are deploying displaced workers to put these packages together providing such individuals with purpose and pay.
Lunch Hour
How – No need for your attendees to step away to prepare a meal. Each attendee receives lunch delivered right to their door.
Benefit – Supports local eateries that have been gravely impacted by nationwide, stay at home mandates.
Virtual Entertainment
How – Video stream of live bands, Zumba and yoga instructors, jugglers (with instruction), virtual magic workshops and more.
Benefit – Movement is healthy, music is uplifting, engaging entertainment is mesmerizing. What a great way to boost endorphins and weave fun, lively entertainment and activities into your meeting agenda.
Virtual Networking
How – Participation is optional. Up to 20 attendees can join in. Can run multiple networking sessions, each with a networking facilitator and organized by topics or groups.
Benefit – Attendees have the opportunity to connect with one another; forging meaningful relationships, help those who are feeling isolated, feel more connected and keep business moving forward.
Virtual Cocktail Hour
How – Provide attendee with drink recipes including a signature cocktail. Attendees can use these recipes to create their own beverage for virtual cocktail hour or simply grab a beverage of their choice.
Benefit – No need to end your meeting by simply logging off. Allow attendees to celebrate the meeting’s success and continue connecting.
Sponsor Activation
How – Use branded backgrounds during live stream, include sponsors in email communications or send specialty items right to your attendees’ door.

Circumstances such as what we are faced with today isn’t the only reason we may be forced to seek alternatives for staying connected and engaged. Mother nature plays a role as well. This is a good strategy now and in the future. When times challenge us to do things differently, we can all rise to the occasion. We are here to support you by offering all or any of these virtual solutions.
Stay safe and healthy everyone! We look forward to connecting with you!
